latex2html software package provides LaTeX to HTML translator, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install latex2html
latex2html is installed in your system.
Make ensure the latex2html package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep latex2html *
You will get with latex2html package name, version, architecture and description in a table
